Key holding

Cleaning: pre-arrival set-up, post-departure deep clean, maintenance

Garden care & maintenance

Pre-arrival set-up:

Deep clean of all areas including windows
Beds made; fresh towels in the bathroom
Logs brought in for wood burner
Vase/s of fresh flowers
The fridge switched on & stocked with basic provisions
The house heated
A fire in the fireplace
A delicious hot meal prepared and ready to be served (additional option)

Additional cleaning & ironing can be arranged if required during your visit.

Post-departure Deep Clean:

Deep clean of all areas including:
Oven and dishwasher
The fridge/freezer emptied & cleaned
Windows
Woodstove
Laundry washed, dried and ironed

Maintenance:

Dusting/vac/polish & airing of property
Houseplants watered
Exterior & Interior security checks
Extreme weather check
Whatsapp video report/update (during visit time)

Garden care & maintenance:

General maintenance/care (grass cutting, strimming, weeding etc)
Seasonal Watering

Overseeing of general exterior and interior maintenance/renovation works
